NEW MEXICO - 2 Dogo's STOLEN

On another note, 2 of Ben's pups who lived with a guy in NM were stolen
from his yard about 2 weeks ago. They are both spayed/neutered & have
cropped ears. The males' ears do not stand correctly due to late cropping.
The female has a patch over one eye & is a very stocky & low female. They
are about 1.5 years old. The owner lives on several acres & has a
chain-link fenced perimeter + an additional chain-link perimeter around his
house. The bad guys cut through both fences with bolt cutters to get the
dogos. Both dogos are microchipped. The family has children & they are all
devestated. These pups are Jersey's 1/2 siblings -- I'm guesing that the
male is probably around 110 - 120 lbs & the female around 100 lbs.

Breed on this guy is unknown. He's abit small for a Dogo, and he doesn't have a deep enough chest but he could still easily be a BYB Dogo, there are plenty of them in Ohio. Please don't let the fact that he may or maynot be dogo scare you he is definetly a big white goofy bully boy and he needs a home NOW.. I can't stress this enough. The shelter staff have been keeping this guy off the E-list but time is running out. Please please if you know someone or think you know someone that might be interested please pass on his info.

Introduction

First a little about myself and my goals for this blog.

I spend 2 great years doing dog Rescue as HOTH-AR, Helping out the Homeless Animal Rescue. My goal was Molossers, but we ended up taking in alot more Pitties than anything else. I have nothing against pitties (I own one), don't get me wrong. But where we live they are a hard adoption. People who don't know the breed assume they are drug dealer dogs or fighters and there just isn't anyone that truely knows the breed. So due to the small adoption pool, being overwhelmed with all the local pitties and lack of Molossers that actually came through the area I closed down shop.

I continued to help out as best I could with local fosters, Breed ID's, transportation, and temp tests. But as happens with all rescuers the need to be back in the thick of it came calling.

So now I'm back, but this time we've narrowed our focus to the Dogo Argentino. This list, the Dogo Argentino Rescue Network, if for my Dogo Harley, so that her brothers, sisters, cousins, aunts and uncles can know the love she has.
